My wife and I were first time home buyers when we were recommended to Margaret and Gary Hanna to help us with our house hunt.  From the first night we met them they were coaching us on the house purchasing process and learning about what we were looking for in a home. Based on their care and attention to our needs they quickly found homes that we were interested in based on our preferences and price range.  In about a month, we had found a house in the area that we wanted and were seriously interested in bidding on.  With their help we are living in that house today. I'm taking the time to write this because of how happy me and my wife were with Margaret and Gary's work.  In a time where the real estate market was EXTREMELY competitive they were able to make our search for a home enjoyable and their negotiation skills landed us our new home at under the asking price.
