Comparable Market Analysis & Marketing Presentation
- Present Comparable Market Analysis. This is a detailed report that compares the
sellers property to those that most closely match the subject property in terms of
condition, location, size, upgrades etc. The most probable selling price is determined
from this analysis. This information is used to help the seller to determine what the
asking price will be.
- Present our marketing strategies used to get your home sold for the highest price in the
least amount of time and inconvenience.
- Advice on preparing the home for the market
- Sign the listing agreement and all necessary paperwork.
